This was our goodbye summer drink last week. It was so delicious! The summer in PG has been gorgeous this year, but it’s completely gone now. I haven’t seen the sun in three days now. Our foggy, cold weather is back to stay, unfortunately. I’m glad we were able to enjoy one last taste of summer with this cheery drink! Here’s the recipe:
1 cup tequila
1-2 cups frozen mango pieces
2 T organic sugar
8 pieces of ice
Grate some zest off those limes and mix together with some kosher salt on a plate. Next, use a piece of a lime to wet the rims of your glasses. Pour your tequila in a blender, add mangos, sugar, a few cubes of ice, and the juice of both limes and blend till smooth. Lastly, dip the glasses into the lime zest and salt mix until well coated. Enjoy!!
